Ideal for a multiitude of purposes in the kitchen, baking, boiling, chipping, roasting and mash, the tubers are good for storage and have a good texture.

Main crop seed potatoes if planted from late April can be ready for harvesting by the middle of August, main crops usually mature between 120-140 days from planting.
